1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nests N’designs’ website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
We provide interior design and renovation services including but not limited to HDB renovation, condo renovation, landed property renovation, and commercial space design.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual project contracts. Deposits are required to commence work and are non-refundable.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including material availability, permit approvals, and unforeseen construction issues.
5. Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
